Default Critique my supp stack please....

So i went out today and bought some supps to alleviate some issues im having with energy, anxiety, depression...

My stash is as looking like this:

Vitamin D3 5000 iu
GABA 500mg
Rhodiola 500mg
CAL/MAG CAL(1g) MAg(500mg)
B-50
Methyl B-12/sublingual 5000mcg
Multi-vit mineral
Flax-oil pills

All the supps stated above are made by NOW foods except the B-12.

I guess what i'm trying to ask is how i should be dosing these....i would consider myself deprived of all of theses so i don't know if the suggested dosing would be enough to get me going.....I read somewhere that if your really depleted of D-3 that you could need upwards of 10,000 iu a day or more?

this looks good but I certainly would add the homeopathics I mentioned in your other thread. These will be most helpful on keeping you off of drugs.

I would add a few drops of lugol's iodine daily to your stash of supplements, just because most people are deficient... and unless you eat sea vegetables and/or seaweed on a regular basis you will be in the deficient group of people.

The RDA for iodine is 150mcg per day, and that is much too low to be of any value. The true RDA should be 100 times that amount. (15 mg)
