I frequently use this one, and have for many years. I get the iron-free version though, since I'm post menopausal...https://www.swansonvitamins.com/CRL467/ItemDetail

Nature's Way has a new line that I really like. Alive! I like it, because it is a whole food supplement. Of course, I'm not foolish enough to believe that this is the same thing as a real whole food, but they have the right idea. I also like the mix. This one is for men, but check out all the others too. https://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Way-Al...-Tablets/24292

Another one that I really like is Now Foods Adam brand. This is also for men. https://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Adam-...blets/380?at=0

My biggest problem is they each have pineapple in some form. Alive! has it in whole fruit. Adam has it via its enzyme, bromelain. That's a reactive food for me. Food allergies change over the years, so I'm thinking that there is so little that it won't matter.

this is the problem I am having finding a good multi vitamin there is always something in there that I can't take, I have an allergy to pineapple, papaya upsets me, and I am slightly hyperthyroid and iodine over stimulates the thyroid

I may have to take vitamins individually though I don't like to take a lot of pills

In that case Audi, you are right. You should consider taking them individually. Most manufacturers do put the plant digestive enzymes in their mix. Bromelain and papain. I am also allergic to pineapple. My top allergy food. But I know it and can control the symptom - constipation.

It would be wise for you to take a multimineral though. Take it with food. Consider that. Iodine is very low in multi vitamins and minerals.
