Default Amino Acids

For amino acids besides using animal protein I've been using sprouted beans, soaked nuts and seeds, nutritional yeast, whey (animal), and nutritional yeast.

I've never used Braggs Amino Acids or supplements. Are these good options?

My hematologist suggested taking an amino acid supplement that has tryptophan and others at each meal but I've resisted taking it because I feel my diet has plenty. BUT I may not be absorbing it from food.

Any thoughts?

That's a good question mommysunshine.

I have never tried to use an amino acid complex supplement. I have only used single amino acids. So I can't answer your question regarding Braggs.

However, weak stomach acid is one of the greatest causes for deficiency in them. This is why they are best taken on an empty stomach, not with a meal. Otherwise, try Bragg's apple cider vinegar with the Mother. 2 tablespoons in a glass of water during the meal. The ascetic acid will help them to assimilate as well as helping the digestive process.

Also zinc and the B vitamins will help you produce stomach acid. And once again, digestive bitters will help.

I use Pro HGH by Now company. Since I dont have those issues I cant tell what it does for me but its got lots of good stuff in it. Maybe you need to increase your HCL a little at your protein meals
