Default Free E-Book - Overcoming Sugar Addiction

I haven't read this E-book yet. I learned of it by way of a low-carb blog I sometimes read.

The free offer appears legit but it is for a limited time only - I think it's free through April 14th.

Anyhow, eating too many processed carbs appears to be a widely-held problem. So, I thought some of you might be interested.

There was a book written 20-30 years ago, I read it in my early 20's. It was called The Carbohydrate Addicts Diet, I can't remember what all it said now, but I remember the book saying not to eat carbs all day, just allow yourself to eat carbs for one hour a day. I always thought that was strange, if I remember correctly, you could eat all the carbs you wanted in that one hour span. Isn't that a nasty blow to your insulin/seratonin levels?

Maybe I will check this one out and see if it suits me more.

Default Over coming sugar addiction

I understand that when we think our bodies are craving sugar they are actually craving salt. I mean the proper salt such as "Real Salt" or "Celtic Salt". Try it, when you want something sweet, try salt instead.
Our bodies (typical American's) are depleated of mineral salts. We use
pHour salts.
