My 7 yr old always has bad reactions to something this time of year. Tissue around his eyes start to swell up and sometimes he says it feels like there is something in his eye (it hurts), but there isn't anything in there.

What can I do to help my child?

It sounds like Hay Fever to me, allergy to pollen or weeds. When I was a child, I'd rub my eyes so much, my tear duct would swell over 1/3 of my eye.
