Hey guys

I have been suffering from the weirdest dizzy spells,

They first started about three months ago while i was on holiday.

At first I got checked out and then got my eyes tested and got told i had developed a slightly weaker eye so changed my prescription and they went away for quite sometime.

But then last week they started coming back! they tend to make me feel really dizzy and give me bouts of double vision its really concerning me any thoughts?

Could it be dehydration? You could try drinking lots of filtered water daily for a few weeks, and see if things improve.
