Hi Todd, welcome. Dizziness can be caused by dehydration. Have you been drinking enough water everyday?

Hi Todd,

Welcome. Pure, clean water is the best hydrator. Drinks like coffee and pop leach out nutrients and dehydrate. You can drink a lot of liquid in the form of pop and coffee and be extremely dehydrated.

If this sweatiness and dizziness continue you should get checked out by a doctor, preferably a natuorpathic doctor. Hard to know what to do without a diagnosis.
