Default weight loss pills and lifting.

hey everyone! I was about to start a weight loss pill called cenalex and i read up on it, but I don't really know what it means. is it safe to do lifting while on these supplements or will that cause heart problems or something? and how the heck do you pronounce Acai?

Although I don't know if those pills will help you to loose weight they won't hurt you. You can weight lift but you must eat protien to build muscle, after all thats why you are weight lifting. Muscle burns fat and carbs. Eat only whole veggies for your carbs. All your carbs should be providing essential vitamins and minerals. Eat several small meals a day that has protien and veggie carbs. Do some aerobics also that will help speed your metabolism.
