Thumbs up Nutritional cleansing and Weight loss

I have found a Ultimate Nutritional Cleansing System I am losing the fat. I lost 12lbs, 33inches 5 off my waist in 9-Day most incredible thing was I also had some Super Chocolate. What I have found is Chemicals and Toxins are the Primary Cause of Illness, Disease and Obesity. Chemicals and toxins accumulate in fat tissue. this is why I recommend the book "21 pounds in 21 days" by Roni Deluz RN ND. It's a great book for the nuts and bolts on how to do it.

I totally agree with your statement! I also believe processed and junk foods add to the problem.

HI,
Whatever food we take gets burnt up in our cells and energy is produced. In the process waste matter too is released. The three forms of food we take - solid, liquid, gaseous states also release the waste matter in three forms - solid (motion), liquid (urine, sweat) gaseous state (carbon dioxide) through four excretory organs. If waste matter sent out is equal to the waste matter released inside, your health will not be upset. On the contrary, if all the waste released is not sent out, the waste that gets stagnated produce toxins and poisons which pollute the body.
If this continues, after some time, the waste matter stagnates in whatever part is weak or is without any movement, thereby making that part sickly. For all types of sicknesses the reason is the same. For instance out of the same raw material gold. you wear a necklace to the neck, a bangle to the hand, an anklet to your ankle. You name it anything, the content is the same. The same way the waste material stagnated in you, changes into harmful matter. If it reaches the head, you call it headache reaches the joints you call it arthritis, reaches the lungs you call it asthma. You drive out that waste material, you can drive out your disease. That is good information!
At home. we have a fast day once a week. Not a complete fast, but no "meals", just fruit and drinks.

Yes, total fasting for one day isn't good, and I certainly don't really have a fasting kind of regime in my plans, it's a personal thing for some.

I kind of like the thoroughness of the persons post, it's just a shame it had a weblink, (even though not directly active), in the bottom. Just detracts from the possible genuine nature of the poster.

Mind you the user name may shed light as to the persons real intent anyway.

While yes, I believe cleansing and detoxing has alot to do with the health of the body, Im not sure Im believing all this.... I was under the understanding that a good digestive track will digest your food within four hours. I was always taught that you should have a bowel movement for every meal you eat. I thought that sleep time was the time your body did the resting and rebuilding?
I am still struggleing with my weight, but I have no problem keeping my system cleaned out. And yes I know everyone has a solution, and alot of folks on these forums truly believe that just not eating or pushing away from the table will cause weight loss, there are alot folks that that advice wont work for. Did you know, that a protein deficiency will cause weight gain and the ability to not lose weight.... Did you know that an inverted level of sodium and potassium will also cause weight gain and the ability not to lose... too much potassium will also cause weight gain.... Adrenal exhaustion will also cause the ability not to lose. Drinking diet sodas can cause you to gain, and so will the use of msg... Not getting enough sleep will cause weight gain, not getting enough vitamin D will cause weight gain.... Golly gee whiz, apparently even an overdose of manganese will cause weight gain ( which can be gotten by well water!!) So all these years trying to go vegetarian and drinking my water..... hmmmmm apparently bad idea!!!!
As much as everyone wants to believe that losing weight is as simple as a detox program or pushing away from the table, thats just not reality!
