Question Whitener

Crest Whitestrips have given me very good results with whitening several shades. However, they're expensive and make my teeth super sensitive, so don't want to use often at all.

Any cheaper natural way to whiten yellow teeth that really gives results, like the "whitestrips"? I don't smoke or drink coffee or tea to excess, so no unusual reasons for the yellowing, had the problem since childhood, but do see major improvement when using the CW.

You can try brushing your teeth with baking soda and salt with a litte bit of peroxide. You can try brushing your teeth with lemon juice, but not too often, because the lemon juice from my understanding is too strong on your teeth... Or you could also try strawberries... yes, mash up a strawberry, and brush your teeth with the mash.. All of these are not as fast or as harsh as the crest whiteners, but they still work

The problem could be from fluoridation. You should look up fluorosis, as you may have a mild case of it. I like to buy fluoride-free toothpaste that I can purchase at Walmart, though the health food store has the same brand. It brightens my teeth, and I think that they are actually stronger than back when I was using Colgate. It is the Tom's of Maine brand that I buy now.

In our recent radio show, we covered the issue of fluoride. Feel free to listen in if you are interested. It is called, The Health Wyze Report - https://NaturallyGoodMagazine.com/listen

Thanks just me for your advice! At first I tried mixing a paste of aluminum-free baking soda, non-iodized sea salt and HP. I used it with my electric toothbrush, and were my gums sore!!

Now I'm just using a baking soda paste, and proxa brushing and rinsing with HP, I notice an improvement already, and it's cheaper than CW
