I had a root canal 25 years ago. Fifteen years later my tooth was getting dark so my dentist put an implant in. Two months ago the post broke and the tooth fell out. I glued it back in and made an appointment with my dentist. He said I would have to get a three tooth bridge because the post broke. I am looking for an alternative as I don't want to grind down two perfectly good teeth to get a bridge. It is temporarily glued in but it won't stay. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance.

Stravinmarv, here we are, five days on from your post and there have been no suggestions. I think you just need a dentist! I can't think of anything other than that.
