I believe I have a sinus infection. The sinus above my right nostril hurts pretty bad. Alot of pressure andsome pain.
Plus even the top molars of my teeth hurt when I bite down....

I can't believe I'm getting sick again....
I took some p73....but doesn't seem to do anything....

what is good for a sinus infection?

my wife says it might be bacteria....and I might have to take some antiobiotics....

can I bust a p73 gelcap and put it in my neti pot and rinse my nose with that? will that help or hurt?

Have you tried inhaling some steam? boil a pot of water and turn off the heat, then drape a towel over your head and inhale deeply - if you can find eucalyptus oil, put a few drops in the water.

A hot wet cloth over the face also helps me a lot...

I had taken my neti pot...microwaved the water...and sucked in the steam....
it worked ok....I didn't get alot of steam.
I took a really hot shower, but that really didn't help to relieve the sinus pain.
thankfully, the intense pain only lasted 2 days.

Almost all sinus infections are caused by fungus, and antibiotics won't kill the fungus since antibiotics are made from mold, which is also a fungus.

Colloidal silver, at 10 to 20 ppm, will kill this fungus by squirting some up each nostril a couple times per day. This may take some time to kill all the fungus since fungi likes to colonize in layers.

Another good product is any product that contains some olive leaf extract, for that is a very good antifungal as well.

If by some small chance the problem is a bacterial infection, no worries, colloidal silver will kill that to.
