Once a week I will go the bakery downtown and get my folks a cinnamon roll, a loaf of Italian bread and some date squares.

Have you guys seen laundry detergent lately?

Yeah, I've been buying more Laundry detergent whenever I find it on sale.
You have to consider
ALL items that weigh a lot to transport, or that take up a lot of space, like toilet paper & paper towels.
Food items that pertain to shortages due to weather related situations like wheat, corn, etc.
are raising the price of others.
