Default Fruit and veg cuts smokers' cancer risk

Eating fruit and vegetables regularly may lower the risk of lung cancer.
Research based on 700 people shows that those who ate the most were significantly less likely to develop the disease compared with those who ate the least. This was true for smokers and non-smokers
