Default Carpel tunnel syndrome

Hi everyone,

I worked at Starbucks three years ago where I developed carpel tunnel syndrome. I was initially given a brace to wear by a doctor and wear it periodically when needed. Usually the brace only needs to be in place for a week and then feels good enough to be taken off. The last two flare-ups I've had have been really bad. I started taking recovery and went to the health food store today and was given vitamin B-6, cayanne pepper, and arnica! I am only 19 so this really shouldn't be as bad as it is!

Any other suggestions

Try to find a cheap T.E.N.S. unit and place the electrodes along your tendons. It takes only a few minutes of application. My son in his early 50s says it works great. Good luck.
