Default Guillain barre syndrome

Spelling (?)

Friend of mine came down with it. I told him to take fish oil, turmeric and ginger root since it is an auto immune disorder. Any comments appreciated.

Was he recently vaccinated? this sometimes follows vaccines. I have seen people die from it.

I would see a classical homeopath.

I would use MMS.

My brother while in his late seventies got the disease during treatment at Mayo for bladder cancer. I brought him some methyl cobalamin (Vit. B12 5 mg) under the table while he was in convalescence at the VA, which helped a lot and got him released. He still uses it sometimes but now he relies mostly on L-Lysine which, by the way, he learned to do at Mayo.

Like Arrow suggested to you I try to get him to give MMS1 a shot but he is scared stiff of it.

I might suggest MMS2 dissolved in water and mixed with 70% DMSO used topically. Lots of luck.

Default Causticum 200C

Here's a site with a case study of a girl. They used a homeopathic remedy Causticum 200C, three times a day.

https://www.askdrshah.com/app/guillain-barre.asp

An 8 years old girl (Miss S.A. PIN number L-9103) reported to the clinic for the treatment of residual symptoms of Guillain-Barr syndrome. She had poor muscle power, difficulty in getting up, difficulty in writing, reduced mobility of fingers and hip joint. She complained of low energy and easy fatigue.

She was suffering from Guillain-Barr syndrome, since the last 10 months. She was under active physio therapy, but still a few residual symptoms were persistent. She had difficulty in walking and would fall down frequently, which was corrected with the initial treatment.

She also complained of recurrent upper respiratory infections and frequent headaches. She also complained of hypo pigmented patches on the cheeks. The spots were due to fungal infections.

Her case was taken in detail.
She liked spicy food. She was uncomfortable in the hot weather. She perspired profusely. She was a lean girl, with a smiling face. She was calm and friendly by nature. She was very affectionate and caring. Since the last one year her nature had changed.
She had become very weepy and sentimental by nature.
She was good in studies.

Her nerve conduction and EMG reports were suggestive of motor degenerative neuropathy of all the limbs compatible with of Guillain-Barr syndrome.
Dr. Shah studied the case and prescribed Causticum 200 C, to be taken thrice a day.
The treatment was started on 22th November, 2006.
After two months, she reported good improvement in her fungal infections and hypo pigmented spots on the face.
There was slight improvement in the power in the fingers and hips.

In the forth month, she reported complete recovery in the hypo pigmented spots and fungal infections. There was good improvement in her body movements, hip movements. The power had improved in hip joints and fingers. Her handwriting had improved very considerably.

By the Eighth month, she showed complete recovery in all the residual symptoms of Guillain-Barr syndrome.
Power in hands and hips was almost normal. Handwriting improved and became as previously. She had no difficulty in writing, walking and running. She could walk and run as before.

PS: saved, I corrected the spelling.

Do not assume that causticum will cure gullian barre syndrome just becaue it did in this case. All cases in homoepathy are individual and each patient must have the remedy selected specifically for them.

Pinballdoctor, I think you are 100% correct because that is perxactly what happened to my brother. He was being treated at Mayo Clinic with BCG, a bovine TB thing, for bladder cancer and came down with GBS.
Now about eight or nine years later he still has the disease but in his feet for which as I said he takes mostly L-Lysine. He says that helps.

I never assumed it would cure the disease, just was trying to offer a possible remedy that worked for someone else. If I have a medical issue like that, I'd like to hear all the suggestions, research the ones that sound promising and go from there.

Homeopathy in and of itself will be an excellent choice for GB as I stated in my first post... but the remedy selection is always individual and many people reading this may not understand just how it works and how important individual remedy selection is... I would not want them running out and purchasing causticum thinking it will do the trick when it most likely will not. It only discredits homeoapthy and will keep them from the remedy that they really need.

Always think about the audiance you are speaking to.

This is a vaccine induced problem that is blamed on the immune system.

This is what happens when mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, antibiotics, and animal DNA is injected into someone whos' immune system is not 100%..
