Hi! I registered 4 the 1st time this week.

Sorry for being lazy, but I was hoping anyone could show me any especially good posts that I should read first, so I can get involved here?

Well - before reading any posts - which could confuse the HECK out of you, I would suggest that you read the book first.

You can get it really cheap on amazon (used even)...or from your local bookstore. It will be organized - concise - and exactly all you need to know.

If not - I suggest going to the atkins website - there is a wealth of information there.

The posts here are terrific, but sometimes all over the place, which I found confusing at first.
