Default Nebulizer treatments for the lungs

These treatments are not just for the lungs, because it gets into the blood stream too. Another great bit of advice from Dr. Mark Sircus for treating respiratory irritation naturally with natural things. The H1N1 flu likes to attack the lungs so you should best be prepared.

Thanks so much Nightowl for the informative article!

I've never used a nebulizer before, but I bought a small Omron, when we had so much talk about Swine Flu and lung damage. It's in my closet, unused.

To go with it, I bought some Respiratory Support CS with Hydrogen Peroxide (mentioned in the article) to be used with nebulizers only. Also a bottle of Mesosilver to be used either orally or with the nebulizer.

Luckily we've been healthy so far this season, but we're ready for battle if necessary!

Interesting to know of other things that can be nebulized, like magnesium!

Thanks Nightowl. I have a nebulizer ready to go also. It is essential for respiratory disease... and also I have yet to use it.

Dr Shallenberger is who's workshop I attended on Ozone therapy! He has a boat load of knowledge.
