Default Shock treatments for children?!!

No one in their right mind would do this to a child, especially not 2 to 4 years old!! My mother went through those barbaric treatments several times and it didn't do one thing for her depression.

Not a human being would do this to a child. And that too shock treatment for depression is mere waste treatment. Giving shock treatment to a depressed person increases their chances of getting more depressed.

I once had a patient who routinely received shock treatments, can't remember if it was once a month or once a week. She felt that it helped her mental stability.

I was quite involved in studying homeopathy at the time and I looked up the homeopathic remedy electricity to try to understand her disease. The remedy electricity will cure in homeoapthic form blisters all over the body which is what electricity during homeopathic provings causes.. and of course raw energy can cause blistering burns....now you will have to understand homeopathy to get what I am saying here, but I will tell you that it means that the electric shock treatments she was receiving was creating disruption in her system and causing her a deep level of disease caused by electricity. In her case it shifted her mental status at great cost to all the other systems of the body...which is what allopathic medicine always does. You rob peter to pay paul

When I was a teenager, while cleaning the needle of my friend's stereo with my finger, I made contact with a bare wire. I was standing barefoot on a concrete rec-room floor so I made a good ground and received one heck of a jolt!! I don't ever want to go through that again. I didn't get hurt, but it gave me a lot of insight into what it would be like to go through the shock treatments that my mother was forced to have. I think the mental hospital probably used stronger voltage than what I experienced.
