I posted some info on this on the other forum. I would just like to add to the fact that iodide helps remove these dangerous halides by replacing them in cells, it's removal from the body is further facilitated by chloride, as in plain old table salt, sodium chloride. So maybe the healing crisis can be avoided by taking in iodized salt and drinking lots of pure water, to help flush the fluoride and bromide out of the body. :wink:

Make sure you're taking plenty of extra Magnesium;
way more Mag than Calcium. Women esp need Lots of
plain Mag, and most take too much Calcium.
