hey i got 2 little red circle dots on the under side of my fore arms they are spaced 2 inches away from each other and around them there is a pale patch half a centimeter in width the dots are abou the size of this o and these bracets represent the white patch (o) they are about that size..i also have 1 on my upper arm also they are on my left arm..do these dots mean anything plz help

Just a guess; since I've never encountered such. Parasites? ...like ringworm?

I forgot that the tick makes little red bullseye type dots. Bullseye is like a shooting target symbol.
