\r\n \r\n Yes I think we can all agree that Oswell was allowed to be in the wrong place at the right time. He was nothing but a person to be blamed for everything and of course he then needed to be eliminated before he could say too much about what he knew.

\n Kennedy managed to upset a number of people some of which were every powerful. Even the vice-president was not a strong supporter of him. His decision to offer US dollars backed by silver greatly offended the boys at the FRB and their monopoly control of our money. His handling of the Bay of Pigs invasion offended the CIA.

\n I believe the FRB then paid off the disgruntled CIA members to get rid of him. Who it turn to protect themselves from suspicion used mafia people who were unhappy with Kennedy�s crack down on their organization. And then the Warren commission conveniently managed to only look at data that showed Oswell as the lone gunman.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I happened on a PBS program over last weekend that discussed how the Mexican community was incensed After the election when no Mexican was given an important roll in Kennedy\'s administration.
\nIt seems the US Latino community had come out at 95% in voting for Kennedy, w/evidently some sort of half assed suggestion that they would receive some representation in Washington.

\nVery well summed up! Oswald was a low level CIA operative and a patsy. In one book I read, someone found his file from Atsugi Air Force base where he was stationed. (Home of the U2 flights). Any soldier who was treated for a venerial disease was punished big time, because the KGB used hookers to seduce soldiers to get info. Oswald was treated and in his file it said "no punishment, he was on an assignment in the name of duty" , meaning he was doing something for his "bosses". Also, how does some white trash hick learn russian on his own????????????\r\n

\r\n \r\n along time ago on this site, pepawbear (I think) posted a video of the assasination. and watching the video, it sure looked like the guy in the front seat was the one doing the shooting. i doubt if the video is still on here, but it was interesting\r\n

\r\n \r\n I recall seeing that but I don�t but too much credence to it. Remember we were told Oswell was �supposed� to a lone gunman and allowing a second shooter to be in plain sight would not fit that plan.\r\n

\r\n \r\n I was in Dallas for work about 12 yrs ago and I had some free time, so I went to dealey plaza/ book depository. No doubt in my mind after seeing the grassy knoll. That was a perfect position for a shooter.\r\n

Scanning the television guide for next week I notice that there is another programme coming up on the subject of who assassinated President Kennedy.
I think there is universal agreement that Lee Harvey Oswald was just a pawn in a much deeper, darker plot, but who really was behind it all??? Castro, the mafia, corrupt Government agents with their own agenda (Vietnam and all that) or what about the Russians?
What is the general viewpoint of ordinary Americans?
