Costco Lamb & Rice dog biscuits

\r\n \r\n I buy dog food and treats at Costco, but I\'ve never bought their biscuits, probably didn\'t like the ingredients either.

\nI have some Doggy Delirious biscuits that I got there. Human grade ingredients, organic rye flour, peanuts, eggs, NON-GMO canola oil, molasses. Made in Monroe, Wa. USA
\n
\nI think a lot of biscuits start off with some kind of flour. I use to get Old Mother Hubbard biscuits from Petsmart, but they were way too expensive for my budget.
\n
\nAlso from Costco, I have Nancy Anne\'s Pampered Pets cookies, made in Alpine Ca., USA. Oatmeal, honey, palm oil, oat flour, turkey, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, flax seeds, cranberries, eggs, chia seeds.
\n
\nFor jerky, I buy from Costco Sweet Tater Chicken Breast Fillets, made in Lenoir, NC. Chicken breasts, sweet potatoes and a "touch" of salt.
\n
\nA lot of these things don\'t have ideal ingredients, but I\'m thankful to get something acceptable for my furkid at an affordable price. Guess you\'d have to make your own if you wanted perfection.

\nI was feeding their Kirkland Signature Chicken, Vegetable and Rice dog food for years, good price on that too. Now I\'ve been trying a couple of bags of grain-free Nature\'s Domain dog food, costs a bit more, but no grains. I mix a spoonful of canned food like Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover\'s Soul or Canidae with that.

\nThe cat gets Blue Buffalo dry from Petsmart, and a small amount of canned foods such as Natural Balance, etc.
\n
\nBoth of them get a touch of light olive oil or non-refined EVCO in their foods a couple of days a week.
\n
\nGiving the dog a Dinovite supplement now (with the omega 3 addition), as he is over 12 years old, and has had an issue with nasal congestion that\'s not completely resolved. I hesitated at first, giving him Mucinex (guaifenesin only formula), to thin the mucus. Then I gave him some Slippery Elm Bark, and tried a couple of Benedryl at the end when I got worried.

\nEnded up taking him to the vets and putting him on 2 weeks of Baytril antibiotics, wasn\'t happy about that, especially since it didn\'t cure him. Now I\'m using the Dinovite to help get him back to normal in the digestive bacteria area, along with some plain Greek yogurt. Also using it to strengthen his immune system.\r\n

\nI too have been feeding the Salmon & Sweet potato from Costco. They both seem to really love it. I do the BARF (bones and raw food) most of the time, but the dry can be convenient during busy times.
\n
\nI work grass fed butter and cod liver oil, plus I do mineral supplements and iodine too. I figure their diet and my diet should be pretty similar.
\n
\nOh, the local pet chain around here has a chick pea dog biscuit formula that seems pretty healthy and the dogs love it.
\n
\nMy understanding is that cottage cheese, or the bacteria that forms it, is in sync with a dogs normal internal temperature.\r\n

\r\n \r\n The Dinovite is supposed to be good for all types of skin conditions and allergies, likely athletes foot if caused by a yeast infection. I give the MSM, vitamin C, fish oil, and things I take too to my dog now and then, our diets are very similar.\r\n

\nIt is a fungus, apparently. It has caused a cyst that will have him walking on three legs. Express the cyst and he\'s back to running on all fours. Using a special shampoo right now, but I\'m going to transition into the Dr Bronners peppermint. It works well on my feet.\r\n
