Exclamation Can vitamin A be encapsulated with liposomal fat?

So water based vitamins such as C and B can be encapsulated in a fat bubble to allow the pay-load straight into out blood stream, however if I was to mix olive oil and a freshly juiced lemon in an ultrasonic cleaner, would other vitamins apart from the C and B, such as vitamin A be encapsulated, and would this be dangerous since it is easy to overdose on vitamin A and the body would have no means to regulate it when it is in a liposomal bubble?

Thanks for your help!

Vit C and the B's are water soluble, Vit A is fat soluble, but it can be emulsified and you can buy it: look up emulsified Vitamin A,
