Thank you for the information. Do you have a source for the 10% reduction?

I use both Ginger and Turmeric for their anti-inflammatory properties.

Interesting ginger fact: Ginger exists in 2 forms. Fresh and dried. AND THEY ARE DIFFERENT. DRIED ginger has more of the antinflamatory compounds.

Do you think the dried ginger is more concentrated and that's why it's more potent or is there something else to it?
