Default Whey Powder makes me feel sick

Hi,

I have been taking whey powder which I get from my alternative Doctor and is free of artificial ingredients etc... but I have noticed that lately I feel sick everytime I have the whey powder - usually about 1-2 hours after and also have bad breathe.

I'm guessing this is due to me not being able to properly digest the proteins? I'm worried if I keep having the whey it might actually make my gut and digestion worse if they aren't being digested properly. I have tried different brands but same problem. All are natural ingredients only and I have even tried a 100% whey powder. Can anyone shed some light or help me out. I can't get in to see my doctor for a long while.

Thanks

Absolutley do not switch to soy milk. There are too many estrogenic factors in soy milk on any regular basis and you dont want to mess with your hormones like that.

If you cant digest whey protien, which is suppose to be the easiest form of protien to digest you must talk to your doctor about this, hopefully a naturopathic inclined doc, not a standard bonehead medical doctor.

You need to revitalize your digestive capacity. Taking enzymes and HCL supplements will help the digetive process of protiens and for some people, if the damage is not too great, they can reawaken the digestive system process and over time you will not need them to the same extent or at all.

Not to mention the goiterogens and most soy is GMO too. Soy milk is pure poison.

Two of the most damaging pieces of nutritional advice;

1) Eat more soy.

2) Eat more whole grains.

When I say GMO soy, think of a crop that can be continually drenched with glycophosphate poison like Roundup, without dying, only to be harvested and fed to animals.
