That's a good one k2c. It is interesting that it won't cure an autoimmune disease, but many symptoms can be reduced. One of the experiments used Saccharomyces boulardii. I never thought of that yeast being a probiotic, but technically it is. I have used Saccharomyces boulardii for other health related gut problems. It's very beneficial for several things. It is too bad that we can't use probiotics as an excuse to maintain a grain supported diet.
