That first paragraph says it all.

So now it is up to Colorado and Washington to stand up for their rights. If the federal government sends agents to shut them down will their local sheriffs step in say “go away you have no jurisdiction here and if you persist you will be arrested and thrown in one of our jails”. Your local sheriff is the highest ranking legal authority in your area, not the federal government.

So what will they do stand up for their rights or bow down and be a slave?

I think they will make a stand in the streets... dont know about their congress or governors... generally those guys are cowards.
It will really have to an act from the Governor..
he can call in the states National Guard... that is if they arent all in the middle east.

Obama is not going to allow this. You can bet the federal government is going to over-rule the individual states.

You can't have legal pot in one state and not in another...nahh... Obama is already planning something with his henchmen, just wait and see.

They will take away their pot, then will come for their guns..

How did he get elected for a second term again?... oh yeah, it was him or "millionaire Mitt"...
