Default Glucosamine-Knee Pain

Hi, I have developed very bad knees from years of running. The pain can get pretty bad, so bad that I have difficulties walking down the stairs after a decent running session and at times, even walking.

I have been taking the brand Live-well Ostesamin plus Chondroitin for the pain and have been on it for the last 3 months or so. The pain, I notice has reduced. It's better than before however, I still have slight difficulties walking down the stairs and my knees are creaky too.

There are quite a few selection of Glucosamine products in the market. I get confused. Would you be able to let me know which type of Glucosamine is best for my condition?

Thanks so much!

You may want to try a CMO product to use along with it. It helps some people. Do a search - CMO arthritis

Default Knee Pain

Look girl, I've had a knee problem for over 55 years and I think some one should tell you to stop running. I never ran but the best thing I found for my knee pain was either a T.E.N.S. unit or a Rife machine. The trouble is that these things use up a lot of time.

Thumbs up

Read my [Pinky] last post on D-Earth thread for a product to help knee pain - Soothanol X2
from Notrthstar Nutritionals. It does really help with the pain. I have no affiliation w/them - just do use this product and am ordering more today.
Good luck!

glucosamine may help with any joint as it is a cartilage fortifier and will help retain or build its structure. It may help for chest pain it the cause is related to degeneration in the cartlige between the ribs and sternum or ribs and spine.

One of the most common causes of pain in the chest is a rotated rib which some chiropractors know how to correct

I have two brothers that had joints problems. one from too much construction, sore hands from hard labor, along with sore knees from kneeling down and getting up sometimes up to hundred times a day. another from too many sports, messed up shoulder from, years of rugby, football, basketball, volleyball and surfing, not to mention back surgery. they both tried supplements that have glucosamine sulfate, cynatine flx(tm), zinc, copper manganese , beta-carotene and vitamin C. The construction bro no longer has pain in is hand or carpel tunnel syndrome, his knees have no pain at all. the sports bro, has full mobility of his shoulders without pain and his back is almost without pain, it went from a 9 to a 1 pain scale in 5 weeks and is almost completely gone.
