Default Confused about MMS / citric acid mix

I bought a bottle of MMS and a pack of citric acid.

I've been reading about various protocols and whatnot, but there are mixed instructions.

How do I go about using this?

Do I simply mix the MMS bottle with the citric acid and store it in another bottle? Will it perish if I keep it in a refrigerator?

Then what do I do?

Do I put one drop in a glass of water and drink it? Instructions say wait 3 minutes for activation. I'm assuming there's no need to wait for activation if the solution has already been made and is sitting in the refrigerator.

Sorry for the basic questions, I need instructions by the t-spoon.

Personally, I am against MMS, but out of board courtesy, I will say this. VERY LOW concentrations will be semi stable, larger ones will not. You will probably have to make it daily and use small amounts. For those of you from canada, MMS is sodium chlorite and any weak acid will activate it (some lemon juice).

I suggest that you go to the master site for mms as you have some significant misconceptions on its preparation. www.jimhumble.biz You cannot purchase anything here.. but just about everything that is known about mms is found here. All instructions are found here. If you are going to do mms I suggest that you know everything there is to know about it. Its not something to do willy nilly.

I generally have been making the 10% citric acid solution which is a 5 to 1 ratio drop mix with the mms, but now there are instrucitons for a 50% citric acid solution which requires a 0ne to one ration of drops with mms... easier to do. I think I have the 50% recipe somewhere. I have to go look..

Make your citric acid in a separate dropper bottle. Activation is done in preparation for each dose.

I did have a bottle of citric acid go bad once. Perhaps the bottle was not clean enough when I started, I don't know. But since then it has not happened again.

Keep both your mms and citric acid in a cupboard out of light or in the Frig.

When you mix them, mix them not into water but just into your cup, wait three minutes then add a couple ounces of water and chug. Some people add juice but it must be a low in vitamin c juice because vitamin c will degrade mms. I prefer to chase with juice

You should go back to the person you purchased from and tell them you need a dropper bottle for your citric acid, or maybe they have another idea for you.

Thank you for your reply, Arrowwind!

I did read on the jimhumble site but found it very difficult to find exact first time user instructions.

If I do as you suggest, and do a 50% mix (one drop of MMS with one drop of citric acid), wouldn't it be hard to make those two drops come in contact with each other in the cup? Maybe I'm missing something.

Is there any reason why you can't just pour a bottle of citric acid into a bottle of MMS and just use a dropper every time you're doing a dose? Does an activated solution perish quickly?

Thanks once again.

Best,
Vegard

They do premix the citric acid and MMS to make spray bottles for topical applications but it does loose potency over time.

All the testimonials you have read, all the people who promote mms say that the way to do it is to activate it at time of ingestion. This is the process that has been used countless times to get the results you are probably looking for.

I can't seem to find the instructions for mixing the 50% solution. I will put a call out for it..

It's a 1:1 ratio.
You can mix by volume, equal parts of citric acid powder and distilled water to get the 50% strength.

Yes, I believe I have been told this before but I have not yet done it.
So you would take, for instance, one volume ounce of citric acid crystals and mix with one volume ounce of water, right?
