EarlyBird is on a distinguished road
Question What's a good Vit B Complex to take?

I'm trying to find a good Vitamin B Complex to take. I've got the minerals covered as well as other vitamins.
Just need the B Vites.

Anything greater than B50 is a waste of money. Excess will be washed out. Anything less than B50 might not be enough either. So - B50. Most makers source the same. I like the NOW brand for that.

Bee pollen is a great natural source. Eggs are reasonably good but miss a couple of the B complex. Yogurt is good but the same as eggs, a couple are missing. Sunflower seeds too. So really, it's bee pollen.

Natures Answer brand (available at iherb.com) has a liquid B-50 formula, one teaspoon = 50 mg of each. You would be good taking an 8th of a dose (still plenty) and supplementing with 400 micrograms folic acid. A 1000 microgram B-12 once a week would be good advice also.
