What's a good all around brand of Digestive Enzymes?

I know this will sound like a vendor promotion, instead of a manufacturer promotion. I've found that enzymes are rather expensive. So I found https://www.swansonvitamins.com/Searc...n=0&ntk=Level1 (their own brand) to be the best prices and quality. Though I will admit that it is hard to mess up an enzyme formula. Just get one that has several enzymes in it. Each enzyme has a specific function for digestion.

Try not to use them regularly. It will cause your body to depend on them, instead of producing its own. Most vegetables and fruits will provide their own, if you have not overcooked them.

I've heard that's especially true of pancreatin. And not to take it continuously.
