Default I value the opinions of the board (CoQ10)

And I would appreciate if someone could tell me the best brands you think are out there, especially with CoQ10 (I was reading something that many CoQ10s were analyzed to contain no CoQ10)

I've been using Natural Factors 100mg softgels. On the label it reads "Purity & Potency Guaranteed".

I use the active form of COQ10, Ubiquinol from "Healthy Origins" in preference to the cheaper form Ubiquinone, which has to be converted in the body to Ubiquinol before having any effect. People with oxidative stress have trouble converting the Ubiquinone and increasing age also reduces conversion.
