Default Correct Vitamins/Doses For Toddlers?

It seems to be very difficult to find what kind of doses are good for kids (toddlers 2-4 around 25-35 lbs)....in regards to all sorts of homeopathic remedies and vitamins...

how much selenium...how much magnesium.....
iodine...vitamin d....vitamin c......

oregano oil.....fish oil....

how much...or more importantly are any of these things not ok to give to toddlers?

this info seems somewhat difficult to find...

anyone recommend a good children's vitamin?
or is it just better to focus on a good diet instead?

Swanson Vitamins has some choices in childrens chewable multis. Once you get familiar with the dosing, you can go off on your own using the supplement and dose that suits your needs.
