fed up with protein build up on my gas permeable lenses!!!!!

Hi
I have a HUGE problem with protein building up on my lenses. This problem has been going on for a number of years now and I am fed up!!
The longest I have been free of protein is 6mths the worst case it only took 1day!!! before I could no longer comfortably wear them. Is there someone out there who could possibly advise me of my next move. Iwill
gladly provide lense info to anyone who thinks they can help!!!!!
