Default Carnosine for Cataracts

The newly formulated Brite Eyes contains 1% N-Acetyl-L-Carnosine, a naturally occurring antioxidant and anti-glycating agent that when topically applied, can penetrate and protect the lipid tissues of the eye against light damage. Brite Eyes will help to diminish free radical damage and the harmful effects of glycosylation associated with degenerative eye disease.

Studies have shown complete reversal of cataracts in most cases when carnosine eye drops are used.

well.. I wish I had known about this before my husband had cataract surgery.

on the other hand, they corrected his vision when they removed the cararacts.. and he enjoys not having to wear glasses.. so, I guess that was the positive side of the surgery.

Many people get to throw their glasses away after cataract surgery. I don't think they do anything particular. Just replacement of the damaged lenses with artificial ones.

My mother wore bifocals for many years. Prescriptions got stronger as she got older. After 45 years of wearing glasses all she needed were weak reading glasses after her cataract removal.

So what was all the BS about this eye condition and that eye condition that had plagued her for so long? She just needed new lenses. Perhaps the carnosine eye drops could have prevented the whole mess if started in her 30's when her glasses were first needed.

no, they did something to his eyes. because they had to adjust it a couple of times. They also give you a choice of how you want your eyesight improved.. some people have one eye farsighted, and one eye nearsighted, and the brain learns to switch depending on what the eye is looking at.

but.. I think it was not really related to the cataract surgery as much as once they were in there.. they might as well make that correction, too.

How does Brite Eyes and Focus Factor differ? Iwill need to look at a itamin for the eyes. I do wear contacts w/o a problem and use reading glasses for reading. My Optomologist says I have a small cataract - I do not want to look at surgery in the future, so thought I would check out a natural solution.
