Lehmans just posted this recipe for homemade dishwasher detergent on their facebook page... thought ya'll might be interested. I dont have a dishwasher, so I cant tell ya if it works.

Make your own dishwasher soap! Mix equal parts borax and washing soda OR baking soda. Store in an air-tight container. Use 2 TBSP per load, and be sure to put white vinegar in the rinse aid compartment. Works great - and it's all-natural.

Its interesting to know that the vinegar in the rinse aid compartment will help get rid of the water spots
