Vegan sources of Vitamin B12

I've been moving more and more towards a vegan diet and I keep coming across this discussion about Vitamin B12. I was wondering what vegan sources people are aware of and how to take them.

For example I have heard that some mushrooms like Shiitake as well as bee pollen contain Vitamin B12. Unfortunately, I can't find any details about how much Vitamin B12 one can obtain from these sources, so I don't know how much I would need to take.

Vitamin B12 can be biosynthesized in the small intestine in the presence of amino acids and probiotics. Green leafy vegetables have amino acids, and after they leave the stomach and enter the duodenum they have already been fermented. Fermented foods have probiotics. Therefore, by this logic, eating leafy green vegetables can allow the body to make its own Vitamin B12.
