The idea behind the synergy program is that when people take a big variety they can take small doses of each individual category. The categories are raw organic fruits and vegetables, raw grass fed animal products, super food concentrates, herbal formulas, sport supplements, medicinal mushrooms, sea vegetables, algae, essential oils, kefir, and organic fertilizers.

Be wary of consuming any amount of plant fertilizer, whether or not it is marketed as "organic", as it can still be contaminated by impure water and/or contaminated soil. Simply put, plant fertilizer is designed to be used to nourish plants, and not to be consumed directly by people!
