hello all, i have two dogs who see a chinese medicine vet. i've been trying to find a simple daily log for keeping track of their health and symptoms so i can better communicate their progress with the vet. does anyone know where i can find something like this?

You may want to try etsy - there is a pretty big printable market there. Maybe if I get well soon and have some downtime, I wouldn't mind making one to put in my etsy store. What kind of stuff are you looking to have on it?
