Have you tried flax seed, apple pectin? Add flax seed to whatever you can and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

I had severe chronic constipation many years ago and I used a homeopathic remedy called Nux Vomica in 200c potency. One dose did it for me but it could be repeated one dose daily for a few days. The problem never returned.

I recommed good old milk of magnesia when it gets that bad. This can be repeated twice a day or daily until results happen. Take a double dose, 60 cc (2 ounces) with a big glass of water. A small enema may also be helpful.

( I was known as the ream queen when I worked for hospice as most nurses either ignored it or didn't know how to deal with it.)

I have suffered with constipation for years and have had to take fiber and Mirilax daily to eliminate, and not very will at that. I recently found out I have had parasites all along. After researching, I also found that parasites dump waste into our systems causing constipation and that they somehow close things off to survive. I've been on MMS (oral dose and enemas) for three months now and for the first time in years I am regular. Maybe this could help you as well. (?)

Hmmm! Try the following, start with 1/4 garlic clove (you can do more, but it might give you indigestion), chew it and down it with a glass of wine. Do this daily for a few day and then increase. Then get to the nearest indian restaurant and get a hot curry with some naan. Should work well!

Magnesium from citrate should have done the trick, however, you would have to take at least 3000mg per day in divided doses to be effective. Also large doses of ascorbic acid in divided doses.

If all else fails, eat at McDonalds!

McDonald's or eat about 4 White Castle's. A friend of mine says everytime
she eats White Castle's she gets the runs. But then, onion soup mix does
the same thing to her.

I suggest Psyllium Husk Fiber daily, such as Metamucil. Also the supplement Cascara Sagrada several times per week should help make things more regular. Keep in mind that you have to eat substantial meals in order to eliminate satisfactorily. If not much is eaten, then the bowel movement will be less. Adequate water intake is a must.
