Thanks for your reply, I have very disturbing dreams. It does help me sleep. but the dreams I have put me on edge. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced bad dreams. Sounds like you enjoy your sleep time, I might try something else.

I use 5 to 10 mg each night, but I have a sleepy like carry over when I first wake up, is that to be expected?
