Hep B is not the the type of hepatitis that is common to restaurants. Hep b is found amongst IV drug users and those who received contaminated blood transfusions. It can be fatal. Generally you have to be exposed to contaminated blood products to get it.
Its hep A that can move through restaurants and is transfered through fecal matter, from not washing hands well. Usually not fatal although pretty lousy to get, people get over it.
I wouldn't go near the Hep B vaccine with a 10 foot pole.
