Seaweed capsules will help (a little) but once the source of heavy metals is removed, your levels should lower over time.

Dr Myhill spells it out very clearly with no fluff, and her fees are low for the blood test evaluations I think. Everyone has some degree of fatigue and her mitochondria explanation applies to that too.
Thanks very much for this link which we will pursue further.
Unfortunately the last time I heard she was so snowed under with tests for UK patients that she was unable to accept requests for tests from overseas patients. That may have changed however so its best to check before ordering.

Heres an actual list of tests and a report she has given for a patient which you may find interesting (although it is quite long ).

Chronic fatigue can be a result of your diet alone or in conjunction with environmental factors. You might also consider a sleep test to find out if you have sleep apnea.

I have suffered with chronic pain and fatigue most of my adult life. A few years ago I went to a sleep clinic to see about my snoring. I discovered that I have severe obstructive sleep apnea and stopped breathing many times an hour. After being prescribed a CPAP machine to help me keep an open airway at night, my fatigue improved, but didn`t become completely alleviated.

Only recently with the help of a local natural weight loss clinic have I discovered that a proper diet goes a long way to increase energy levels. A am now eating a very healthy (mostly vegitarian) diet and the FIRST thing I noticed was a decrease in chronic pain and an increase in energy. I haven`t looked back. I sleep peacefully and deeply and awake refreshed. AND I`ve lost 25lbs in 2 months.

I also now see a homeopath and do not go to a traditional allopathic doctor - by choice.

Diabetes perhaps? The human body needs glucose for energy. But glucose cannot get into the cells without the aid of insulin. So if the body is not producing or using insulin properly tiredness can be the result.
