Cool

Me too, Naturalman. I often fix mine [2] scrambled with diced onions/bell pepper,
and spinach. If I have some ham I may add a bit of that too. And top it off with
some cheese at the very end. Plop it all on a piece of toasted Ezekial bread.
That way, I'm getting all of the food groups. Yum, Yum, Yum!

That sounds really good, EarlyBird, though I'd heard scrambled eggs oxidize the cholesterol but I don't know how serious that is. I eat mine raw (tastes like vanilla, okay slimy vanilla!) or soft boiled.

a whole raw egg whipped into a fruit smoothie is great - it makes the smoothie thicker and creamier, plus you get the extra nutrients

also, if you make said smoothie with 2 egg whites whipped in, you can freeze it in portions and have it as a frozen dessert

Default Eggs!

I only eat soft-boiled eggs once in a while; they're not my favorite. I do like to
add hard boiled eggs to a salad though.
