Very simple but very pure. It may not be as satisfying as the one you tried however - because it doesn't have added fiber.
The flavor is very mild. But, you can build it anyway you wish - add any flavor, sweetener, etc.
I ordered this, and like it very much. I mix it with yogurt, and it blends in very well. but.. I must admit that the other protein powder I am trying (olympian ultimate green) seems to hold me longer, be more satiating.. something, and you are right - I think it is the fiber.
but.. the whey protein mixes better, whereas I kind of just do the other by itself. so, I like having both of them around.
I'm surprised I like the "green" stuff .. but I like parsley, basil, green leaves in general, and this has kind of that .. even when masked by the berry flavoring.

I purchase mine through amazon.com for best price but they don't have the Berry Greens 8000 which I like also.
