Default Processed food understatement

This stuff should be banned. The only nurtitional value of it would be to someone dying of starvation. Bleached flour, trans fats, aluminum raising agents.

Apart from the refined Bleached wheat flour that is probably the most addictive and inflammatory agent

you've also got Partially Hydrogenated soybeen/cottonseed oils. these add to the pro inflammatory burden.

Have Seed Oils Caused a Multi-Generational Obesity Epidemic?

The dextrose and salt don't help either.

Pay attention to the cholesterol advice and then do the exact opposite.
Use only full fat milk or cream preferably raw.
Never use margarine always use butter or coconut oil and maybe olive oil if pushed.
Use whole eggs or better still just egg yolks. Your brain makes it's own cholesterol so it needs good sources of raw materials.

Bisquick and products like it are the road to obesity, diabetes Alzheimer's and heart disease.

It pays to understand the lack of science underlying current USDA guidelines.

Isn't that ridiculous!

I was at an asian market to buy fish sauce. There were 3 ingredients listed: anchovie, water and salt. Simple enough. When I got home and tried some it was sweet and had little chunks of red pepper and onion!!!!!

It may be that the only way to get healthy food is to buy raw and unprocessed food locally from people you trust or to grow it ourselves.

There seems to be no government agency that is willing to protect us.
