Default High fructose corn syrup

Found this in today paper the Corn Growers Association seeing a drop in sales of high fructose corn syrup and realizing that it is getting a bad reputation because of health concerns have decided it is time to address the problem.

So what have they decided to do? Will they fund new research or studies to prove its safety of course not.
They decided that the best way to deal with the public's rejection of products that contain high fructose corn syrup is to simply change its name to corn sugar!

There now doesnt that make that can of soda look a whole lot better?

Default

it doesn't matter if sales drop....

GMO corn syrup is subsidized by the government.

We're forced to pay farmers to grow it whether they sell the stuff or not.

Must be nice to not have to operate in a free market.
