Lightbulb Camu Camu Benefits

I was reading about Camu Camu on NaturalNews. It's said to be a natural Vitamin C powerhouse. It's good for many things like nervous system, mental focus, macular degeneration, dementia (AD), cancer, liver disease, depression, infertility, migraines, etc. There's around 10 short pages, here's the link.

It really is a powerhouse as you say. However, it is very unstable and has to be dried immediately upon harvest to preserve most of the vitamin C. It is more unstable than synthetic ascorbic acid. I prefer amla, which is 12 times more powerful than ascorbic acid, which is also unstable. ...or rose hips, kiwi, and acerola cherry. So if you like camu camu, eat the berries; or find a trustworthy souce. It is overpriced and, I think, over hyped.

Amazon Herbs is a good place to buy Camu Camu. It is an MLM but the quality is there. They are one of the most trustworthy MlM companies.

It is expensive. it is a good source of Vitamin C, but not the only one. There are other advantages ot using Camu Camu. No one product can do everything. A healthy whole food diet is needed even if you supplement with high quality nutritional procucts.
