Default Question about Lyme Disease, Nutrition, Homeopathy, and Dietary Supplements?

Where can I find information about treating Chronic/Late Stage Lyme Disease with Nutrition, Homeopathy, and Dietary Supplements?

My Chronic Lyme Disease went undiagnosed and untreated for over 10 years. I have been on a strict course of Antibiotics for a year and the level of infection has not changed. I feel miserable with or with out the medication, maybe a bit better with. I do eat a fairly well balanced diet; however I know that I could be doing more to boost my immune system I just dont know what that is.

This is a very difficult situation for me, I used to be active at the top in my profession the go to guy for everyone then boom it all came to a halt. People dont understand, because they cant see it and always the comments like, But you dont look ill or You look great. The brain fog, depression, anxiety, neuropathy, fatigue, join and muscle pain and headaches are just too much to deal with. Its almost impossible for me to navigate the information that I have come across for nutrition.
Is there an easier way or a resource that can help?

Thanks for your help and support

Hi T.O. I don't believe you have lyme disease. What you have/had was some emotional resonance involving frustration and helplessness.
I cleared them for you and you should be OK now. But let me know. It may take a day or so to feel the full effects.
If you have been on antibiotics for a year you definitely need to take some probiotics to replace the beneficial bacteria in your gut that you killed off.

athletic dept, thanks for your expert oppionion and you know what they say about opinions... I think I'll leave that determination up to DNA Banding Experts. I do take Probiotics. I am looking for a way to compliment convention treatment with natural treatments, there is so much bad advice and conflicting information.

I don't have Lyme Disease (at least I don't think) but I understand this. You have to have green spots or be near death for people to believe that you're sick. I always say to those people, "It's not a skin disease so you can't see it".

Try Lymenet. www.lyment.org. A lot of helpful, knowledgeable people on that forum. Also Dr. Klinghardt is very knowledgeable about Lyme Disease:

Hi again T.O. you shouldn't have contempt for someone that is trying to help you. I repeat you do not have lyme disease. You will feel better today and in the next few days. That will be my proof.
You should know by now that conventional medicine has nothing to offer you otherwise you would be well. Conventional medicine does not want you to be well because if they cured every disease or malady that comes in the door they would soon be out of business. Keeping you as a customer for life is the most profitable.
Name me one disease that these so called experts have cured in the last 100 years. The answer is zero. They do have pills that will treat symptoms but thats all. Once on their medications you are a customer for life. And thats the way they want it. And of course side effects of these meds will guarantee another med prescribed and so on and so on. It's not unusual for seniors to be on a couple of dozen meds thats keeping them broke and having to choose between spending their last dollar on food or meds. Doctors of course tell their patients that they must take the meds prescribed or they will die.
I could ramble on about this but I hope you get the message.
Energy medicine is the medicine of the future.

My neighbor has chronic lyme and has gone through much of what you have. A few years ago he was nearly at deaths door from it.

He ended up going to a Dr West in Pocatello Idaho. Dr West gave him IV nutrients and a drug for which I cannot remember the name of at this time by IV. He did no conventional antibiotic therapy.

This drug, it turns out, was sodium chlorite, the same, in essence as MMS. It has been on the market for many years but few doctors use it. It is powerful but its action is much slower than mms and frequent IV's of it were required at the time. MMS is much more powerful.

He did well for several years after that. Then a couple of months ago it started to come up again, feeling really bad, joint pain, etc. He went back to the doc and they decided it was not yet so bad as last time so they would bypass the IVs. He gave him Samento tincture, colloidal silver and a fairly standard digestive enzyme product that he was to take between meals and one hour before the samento and colloidal silver. The enzyme product eats at the cyst that the lyme bacteria form that encapuslates them during a specific stage of their life cycle. When the cyst breaks open the samento and colloidal silver is there to do the bacteria in that spill out of the cyst.

He came back from his appointment with photos of his dark field microsopic live blood analysis. You could see the cysts. Doc said he had less this time than last time.

He did have a herx or detox reaction for a few days, feeling tired and weaker as they microbes were killed and eliminated. It was in the middle of this that I gave him further education on MMS. He called his doctor and told him about he mms and the doc looked into it. He called him back and we were all surprised that the mms was the same stuff as the IV's he had had years previously

The doc said yes. Go ahead and use the mms and see what you think. He also advised to keep up with the enzyme product one hour before the mms, and between meals. He was not aware that there was now an oral preparation of sodium chlorite until now.

My friend went on and used the mms for about a week or so but really the worst of it was over from his treatment with the samento. He feels well. I encouraged him to do the mms twice a day at least 3 days a week to keep up on removing the cysts so he would not have to go through another bad cycle but he was so sick of taking medicine he stopped. These treatments are extra hard for him due to an inner ear problem that causes frequent dizziness. We do not think lyme is the cause of this, it is a separate issue, but the dizziness and the detox reactions combined are difficult.

Lyme folks typically have pretty strong detox reactions if they are using samento or MMS.

So the main benefit to this protocol aside from having something that can kill the bacteria is that now there is a way to stratigically crack open the cyst and kill the lyme as soon as it comes out, which of course prevents new cysts from being formed.

I have been treating my wife's Lyme disease for about five years. We have used a few different methods, but the one that works the most consistently is Rife type frequency treatments. This uses specific frequencies to damage the bacteria.

It has no known side effects other than those that accompany the destruction of Lyme.

It is not perfect, but it has brought her from quite bad Arthritis pain, brain problems to almost 100% normal. It is not all gone, but the remainder is not causing any problems, as long as we treat it once in a while.

There are also some people that do not get well, regardless of the treatment used. It seems that this group of people may have an immune system dysregulation caused by the disease. Some people have used the Allergy Immune treatment in an attempt to reprogram the immune function.

I have no experience with the AI process, and I am still somewhat skeptical of it. On the other hand there are quite a few people who have claimed marked improvement once done with the treatment program. I am still investigating this method, so I cannot say one way or another how credible it is.

Virtually everyone with Lyme is deficient in Magnesium. It is one supplement that needs to be taken by anyone with Lyme.

Here's a natural protocol that's apparently effective for people with Lyme disease....
